Rahel Ghebremichael is a fitness professional in NYC. Her love and passion for fitness has proven to be contagious amongst her clients. With a background in yoga she incorporates mindfulness into different styles of movement. She believes that fitness is the ability to find freedom and strength through movement which then enables one to move through strength. For Rahel, it was her pre/post natal training that changed her outlook and appreciation for her the body and its ability to adapt.
