Class Descriptions

modelFIT FOUNDATION:
Perfect for beginners. This full body intro class teaches the basics of the modelFIT Method utilizing our signature low impact sculpting technique. Focused on giving an individualized experience, it’s a personal training experience in a group atmosphere.

modelFIT SCULPT:
Utilizing a series of bands, light weights and sliding disks, this class works your entire body to sculpt your muscles and create structural stability. In this class, you will focus on smaller muscles around your hips, butt, thighs, abs, lower back and arms.

modelFIT DANCE CARDIO:
As a complement to modelFIT sculpting classes, modelFIT Dance is a cardio class aimed at getting your heart rate up and toning your muscles through ‘follow along’ dance moves. No prior dance experience necessary, this class is all levels, welcome to beginners as well as the advanced looking to sweat and have fun!

modelFIT CARDIO SCULPT:
This class mixes cardio and isometric training for a full body conditioning workout. With elements of dance cardio and intrinsic training, this class delivers a blend of cardio and sculpt.

modelFIT BOXING/SCULPT:
This 75 minute class features signature modelFIT sculpt moves followed by a knock out punch/kick routine by our Master Boxing Coach Jason Hamera

modelFIT YOGA/SCULPT:
Not your mama’s yoga class! Yoga Sculpt begins with a strong vinyasa flow to strategically warm and open the body in preparation for our signature sculpt series targeting legs, butt and abs. A restorative series follows to lengthen and stretch all that you strengthened. 75 min.

modelFIT CIRCUIT SCULPT:
In this class we fused together cardio air boxing and interval training with sculpting, dynamic movements. Small stepping movements and HIIT training begin the class and are followed by modelFIT sculpting sequences. This class is aimed at taxing the cardiovascular system to get blood pumping, promote weight loss, and fine tune the body. All levels welcome!

 

 

Hey modelFIT Babe! Please take note of the following to get the most out of your modelFIT experience:

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class
  • You’ll want to wear clothes you can move in, typical activewear, and sneakers
  • All classes are 60 minutes long, unless noted (Boxing/Sculpt is a 90 minute class)
  • We have showers and a changing room with proper accouterments to get you cleaned up and ready for your day and/or night. Shower towels are available for rent for $2
  • We have filtered water available and bottled water for purchase
