Born and raised in the Southern California town of Laguna Niguel, Keely started dancing at a very young age. Early in her career she attended the South Orange County School of the Arts at Dana Hills High School with a focus in dance and theatre. After high school, she continued her dance career at the University of Colorado, Boulder where she received a BA in Dance and a BA in Integrative Physiology. Keely fell in love with and began teaching Richard Giorla’s Cardio Carre when she moved to Los Angeles in 2013. She was drawn to the workout because of the high intensity and low impact nature of the movement. In addition to Cardio Barre, Keely is also a classically trained Pilates instructor by the Equinox Pilates Institute. As of late, Keely is getting her Masters of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Adapted Physical Activity from California State University, Northridge.
